Project Description:

The Emory is and extension to one of Londons oldest and most prestigious hotels, The Berkley Knightsbridge. Owned by operator Maybourne Hotel Group, it is an architectural masterpiece designed by the late Sir Richard Rogers, setting a new standard of contemporary design and discreet luxury. The all-suite hotel boasts 60 uniquely designed suites set over 9 floors complete with a spectacular penthouse and roof top bar.

PDG have been employed directly to assist the team with the technical detailing and delivery, working very closely with Architects Blair Associates and Gleeds Project Management.

The Emory is due to open its doors in Spring 2025.
