Project Description:

PDG partnered with Parkeray to undertake the Technical Delivery of the Cat B Fit-out of Atriums Underwriters' new headquarters in 8 Bishopsgate.

This project involved creating a range of contemporary, adaptable spaces to support flexible working across a single level. The space includes open-plan offices, executive offices, private pods, and various meeting spaces, such as a main boardroom, an auditorium, a reception area, and a business lounge.

Our role involved executing the technical detailing, navigating the unique constraints imposed by the existing building, and meeting all the necessary performance requirements. To uphold the design intent, we worked closely with the Architects and maintained close collaboration with the sub-contractors throughout the project.
