Project Description:

We partnered with Structuretone as Design Managers to transform the iconic Financial Times building—stripping it back to its original shell and core before expanding with a new extension, façade, and external public realm.

​

The 286,298 sqft campus, completed in 2024, spans across 8 floors, including office spaces, a client bar, canteen, and quiet zones. From substructure to crown, every element of construction was a rewarding challenge. We’re proud to be part of WPP’s ongoing expansion in the South Thames skyline, alongside the Rose Court building.
