Project Description:

We were commissioned to provide Design Management services and assist with the development and completion of Stage 4 Construction documentation for the fit-out of Electra House at 84 Moorgate, a Grade II listed building. Spanning eight floors, the project created a dynamic new education facility for the Fashion Retail Academy, which relocated from Gresse Street. The newly opened campus features a library with over 5,000 fashion books and publications, 28 multi-purpose classrooms, six lecture theatres, a fashion design wing, a photography studio, and various social and collaborative spaces, including a student coffee shop.
