Project Description:

PDGs appointment was to provide Architectural Services to convert a developer spec warehouse into a new Purpose-Built state-of-the-art Data Centre in the Slough Business Park. One of the significant challenges was having to revisit the original building Fire Strategy and Building Regulation approval to deconstruct and rebuild the design to a fully compliant solution.

Known by Cyrus One as Lon4, this is a 2-storey Data Centre Fit-Out with a new external services yards and Cat B Office fit-out for occupation by two Hyperscale tenants.
