Project Description:

PDG are the lead Architectural Consultant on the internal modification of an existing, live Data Centre to form new Data Halls over 2 floors with associated new plant rooms and tenant goods lift. Due to the nature of the Grade 2 Listed Building (originally designed by Nicholas Grimshaw as the home of the Financial Times Printworks) the challenge of this project involved some major internal infrastructure changes which required some unique and original thinking in regards to Building Regulation Compliance.
