Project Description:

PDG was appointed by Hexagon Housing Association for the Technical Implementation and Detailed Design of a site in Lewisham acquired with existing planning permission. Isabella Apartments is a new build 100% social housing scheme consisting of ground floor commercial space and 28 apartments over 5 floors.

PDG was responsible for a Full Design Audit to ensure compliance with current building codes, Secured by Design Standards and Compliance with the GLA’s London Design Housing Standards on what is a very restricted site.
