Project Description:

PDG partnered with Parkeray to undertake the Design Management and Co-ordination of the Sub-Contractor Design, develop Stage 4 Architectural Technical Drawings for Lancashire Insurance Services.

The project refurbished Lancashire’s existing Level 29 space in 20 Fenchurch Street and to then merge their floor plate with half of Level 28, via a newly installed staircase.

​

The Level 28 accommodation provides Lancashire with their new front of house and welcoming facilities, complete with a new reception and waiting area, staircase, meeting and flexible event space, lounge and collaboration areas, a traders coffee bar and various formal meeting rooms.

​

The Level 29 fit out created more space for open plan desking and provided additional support facilities for their staff already based on this floor.
