Project Description:

PDG partnered with Parkeray to undertake the technical design and lead coordination of Roku’s new Cambridge Science Park office, totalling 87,000 sqft.

We were responsible for the Stage 4 architectural technical design of 3 floors, developing from the inherited Cat A offering through to a Cat B space fit-out. A new flexible working environment was created that featured an interview & vendor suite, a mix of open-plan office workstations with collaboration zones, meeting rooms and refreshment breakout facilities.

A number of specialist testing laboratories were also implemented in conjunction with ancillary support areas. Level 3 also included a Staff Café dining area with supported catering facilities…and an external staff terrace for sunny days!
