Project Description:
Partnering with Structure Tone, PDG were appointed by WPP to Design Manage their new office campus near Southwark Bridge, London.
 

Known as Rose Court, because it sits over the remains of a medieval theatre by the same name, the scheme included a new façade, floor plate extensions, 2 new floors, a complete office fit-out and creating roof terrace with 360 panoramic views of the London skyline.
 

PDG‘s responsibility was to manage the whole Consultant and Sub-Contractor Design Completion process which included close liaison with the Client teams and Local Planning Authority.
