Project Description:

PDG was commissioned from Stage 4 to develop the Technical Design and Implement the works on site.

Borough Yards  is  a design-led, social  workspace, blending old and new in a unique workspace that seamlessly weaves together a historic warehouse building with a purpose-designed new building. The fit-out combines flexible office spaces of all sizes state-of-the-art break-out areas, versatile event space, expansive outdoor terraces and a fully equipped Peloton studio.
