Project Description:
Westminster Fire Station is a Grade II Listed Edwardian fire station built in 1906 and decommissioned in 2014. The project included the refurbishment of the existing building to create a restaurant and housing, and a new residential building to the rear of the site with a new garden courtyard.

PDG‘s responsibility was to manage the Architectural, Structural and Sub-contractor Design Completion process which included full detailing of the brickwork façade of the rear extension building.
